So there's this show on Comedy Central called Digman! I've been watching a bit of lately and while it's not perfect it's definitely not a bad show, not at all
The premise of a bunch of archaeologists going about and having these fun adventures is actually quite unique for an adult cartoon...the characters are mostly pretty fun, my favorite is probably Swooper he's such a nice guy. Rip Digman himself, while his voice and overall personality can kinda get on my nerves a bit, he can have his moments. I enjoy his backstory in regards on how he lost his wife Bella and how he...kept her corpse frozen for many years. The episode in Season 2 where Bella gets resurrected from being the anti-Christ (it's a long story) and Rip just casually reveals all this weird shit to her like it's nothing was hilarious (it was the Bachelor parody episode, though I kinda find it interesting how this show and Always Sunny did a Bachelor parody around the exact same time)
This is a very, very minor detail, but Rip also seems to like drawing Garfield for some reason in some episodes, so of course I would mention that
Agatha is kinda your typical angry old lady character, though it's revealed early on that she's a lesbo or something so that's a thing alright
also Saltine is cute ig
Zain and Quail are kinda just "the rich characters," though I do enjoy the slight depth they gave Quail with him and his father (who later becomes Uncle Christ, again, long story)
The animation is nothing special, just typical modern rigged animation, but I do enjoy the certain moments where it becomes Unusually Smooth for a scene or two (it gets especially good during more intense or suspenseful scenes, as you'd expect)
The jokes...mostly hit home? I don't know, I think the main problem I have with the show is how it can be just a little too fast paced sometimes, so it's incredibly easy to miss a joke or two that could have been funny maybe. The humor can be pretty clever though, and even a little silly so I enjoy
Overall, a pretty alright 7/10 show for me honestly. Every season is on Paramount+ if you wanna watch, Season 2 was added like 5 days ago...even though it premiered back in July. Hopefully it gets a third season but I kinda doubt it because well...Paramount, but these two seasons are definitely a decent watch
Also, someone fix the Digman! Wiki it's horribly low on pages and activity please this show deserves better
